Shipping Policys:

Shipping for A4 drawing artworks is free of charge and includes a tracking number. You will receive the tracking number by email. Since the shipment will

be handled by DHL, please check the carrier's website for the delivery schedule. The estimated delivery time is about one to two weeks after shipping.

Return Policy:

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for art purchases made on our website. We carefully inspect all items for damage before shipping them to ensure

quality. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

A4ドローイング作品の送料は無料です。追跡番号はメールにてお知らせいたします。発送は

発送はDHLが行いますので、配送スケジュールはDHLのウェブサイトをご確認ください。納期の目安は、発送後1～2週間程度です。

返品について

当ウェブサイトで購入された美術品の返品、返金は受け付けておりません。商品の品質を保証するため、発送前にすべての商品にダメージが

ないか入念に検品しております。万が一、商品が破損して到着した場合は、配送業者にご連絡ください。

関税
